Job summary
​
Working on all aspects of QM Records content, Videos, Photos, Posters and Graphics.
Creating and or editing videos for social media channels to promote artists releases, shows, studio and QM Records generally, working on company brand identity. Shooting and assisting on live videos and music videos shoots.
Taking photos at events and artist press shots and other online content for posting on different social media channels.
Creating posters and graphics to promote shows, artists, social media and digital marketing

Essential skills, experience and qualifications
​
Need to be based in Brighton area. Know how to use a DSLR camera. Have a portfolio of photos and videos from school / college / university or from work / freelance work. This candidate must be very good at multitasking and cool under pressure. Can work towards deadlines, must be a proactive person with good attention to details. They must have good communication skills with both members of the team and external contacts. They must be adept at using Graphic Design Software, Photoshop or Adobe, IT, including Microsoft & Google packages including Word/google docs and Excel/google sheets, and e-mail systems. They must be friendly and approachable and remain calm when faced with competing demands. They should be able to deal with the ebbs and flows of the work patterns. They must be able to be proactive, commit to work tasks, take ownership of their own work, but also be able to ask for help when it’s needed, and listen to and take direction but also take initiative. They must have an interest in working in music / creative industries. They must show sensitivity in working with vulnerable people and have a commitment to equality and inclusivity.
